what are the differences of the two i have two 4907"s but i can buy a 4910 without the engine for 100.00 local. the same party has a revo with the 2.5 complete for the same price 100.00 and they said they have other parts too. is it worth it or should i stick to the newer models a.e. handling chassis?:\

The older models have a shorter and thinner chassis, narrow a-arms , thinner turnbuckles and use am radio. I'm sure there are other differences. Tmaxxes are cheap. I'm sure you can pick up a newer model
For not much more $$

The old pro .15 #4910 maxx truck is the only one with the narrow arms. The 2.5 #4910 truck also known as the wide maxx is the same width I am pretty sure as the other maxx series trucks. And a old #4910 truck with upgraded engine can hang all day with the new #4907 maxx:D

so how does this fare when someone buys rpm a arms? currently i have both the 4909 and the 4907 chassis? does the rpm a arms fit both?
and will the black gearbox still work (2.5 gearbox)

also i have the 4949R traxxas steel cvd center driveshafts? what dogbone can i use to bridge the distance on whichever is too short to reach on the 4907?

Arms fit any model maxx truck, the gear box is the same. The CVD's on the other hand are not interchangable. I think the brushless maxx diffs def reguire you to run the 4907 axle carriers, and axles.:D
