has anyone used or made a dogbone setup for the front.Ihave a cup with pins and some different sets of other cups just want to confirm the dogbone lenght
according to my measurements the hpi 77mm dogbone would fit,has anybody tried this as it would be great to have everything matching as i'm a bit anal about things like this:D

I've got the same set up for mine but have not installed the front yet. I did install the cups and seen that the dogbone that came with it was too short so i measured and stuck the stock one back in for now. I now have an hpi 77mm bone to put in but guess I'm just waiting for the stock to break. I did although have to install cups and a hpi bone in the rear due to the picco engine destroying everything else I've tried including a expensive steel set i found on ebay. The dogbone setup is working and holding up great in rear now and sure it is gonna do great in front as well.

I've never had a problem with the stock front shaft. There may be an option available from flm, but I can't remember now.

i got a kit from flm with the cup with pins but the dogbone is to suit their ice/hper chassis so the dogbone is quite shorter.I did look at the exploded veiws of the drive shafts and the front and rear stocker are the same part numbers so i'm hoping that the 77mm will fit the front as now i have all the bits i need

well all done took a bit of grinding of the screw pin on the brake hub but its done ,i dont know if anyone has done this mod ,if you have i'd like to know if you had issues get the screw pin to screw in square coz no matter what i did it wouldnt go and then that would make the brake bind so in the end i ground off about 5mm off the end then ground it to a taper then she went in
