RC Driving Style
I'm toying with the idea of a 49 spur gear and a 16 CB. For you guys running this combo how do you like it ?( Right now I running 52-16 )

I currently run the 16-49 combo and I love it. It still has enough low end that it wheelies and top speed is real good. After I instaled this set-up, I tighten the adjustment screw for second gear so that it shifts later on. When i first put this combo on my truck, I thought that it changed into second gear way too soon, so I set the tranny up so it changes later. You may want to do the same to the tranny or not. Depends on how you like it.
 
I am running the same setup also. Works well for me with my Wasp .26. The gearing just depends on what kind of driving you typically do with your truck.
