Here it goes....

RRP Metal 52T Spur / HPI 13T Clutch Bell:

Oversized Tires: Mayhem/Pychos/Big Joes etc....

Perfect to replace missing power from bigger tires
POWERFUL Torque
95% constant wheelies off road / 70% on road

Stock Tires:
100% wheelies in dirt 90% on road
FLIES Through Dirt/Grass/Sand/ HILLS

I would Highly recommend this set up for strictly off road bashing

GPM Delrin 48T / HPI 13T Clutch Bell:

product_DSAV1048T.jpg

Oversized Tires: Mayhem/Pychos/Big Joes etc....

NOT RECOMMENDED. WAY TOO MUCH TORQUE will STRIPP IT

Stock Tires:

100% Wheelie on Command on OFF Road and On Road @ 50% Throttle
100% Full Throttle Savage can do Back Flips
VERY QUICK ACCELERATION
FLIES THROUGH ANY TERRAIN
AWSOME ON BMX Dirt Track

I love this combo!!! Just that when I tested it with my UFOs I got to run it for 5mins and it broke 7teeths off the spur gear... now if they made this in metal.... OHHHH YEAH my big UFOs will go back on...

Great review TRD, I'm still useing my RRP metal 52t spur and HPI 15t CB, (only option I have except the 18 tCB for on road use) good job on the detailed descriptions!

thanks for the review but is this for just the savage 25? or that and the .21 i have a .21 and have big joes and tmax tires.

oh.. I am running a WASP 26...

But any lower combination for any engine will work... I am sticking with the 48T/13T set up

I have a 48/13 in my buggy and it just boggs down with the MT tires....must be the power of the WASP making up for it...

well the buggy and savage has a different transmission set up... for the savage, after the Spur gear it goes into a transmission set up so you really can't compare it. The Wasp Engine doesn't make up for it at all
