Hey someone gave me a tmaxx with a ton of spare/upgraded parts but i got to looking and there is no driveshaft, diff., or axles or anything in the front. what would I have to do to get it to be able to run?

It might be a Sportmaxx. They come out of the box with no front wheel drive. You'll just need a new diff, outdrives, and center driveshafts. Possibly a new bulkhead too.

I think on ebay or in a hobby shob I saw that traxxas has a complete kit that you can buy to upgrade from sport maxx to T-maxx (which mean 4 wheel drive)

all you will need are front and center driveshafts, or better yet cvds, and a complete diff assembly. The bulkhead will not need to be replaced.
