ok, since my truck is already completely apart, i might as well do the four spider mod, can you give me a link on how to do it? and where can i buy them? also does this really improve from the stock? i have not have my diff blowen yet so should i do this at all or is it a waste of time?

Aside from Diver giving you the link, did you even try the search function. C'mon Pissant, you have been around here long enough to know that this topic has been discussed to death.

Do me a favor, use the search function and save us the repetitive threads.
 
you only need 4 if the ones in your truck are blown. if they are ok then you only need 2 sets to do both front and back.
 
I am working on a how-to for the site with plenty of pics, should be ready this weekend. I used the ofna cross pins for my diffs, and the hpi gears.
 
As mentioned by NC Nitro, stick with the hardened stock set of gears.

As I also mentioned, the search is your friend. Had you used it, you may have turned this thread up:

Aside from the hardened set of gears, a set of notched pins from a buggy diff and some oil should do it.
