32rr-1 promblems

ok so when i bought my savage x it had the 32rr-1 and its driving me nuts its either burning spur gears and now bells since i went to metal spur could anyone tell me what the best combo on bell and spur gear thanks everyone

There mit be other problems , take a close look at your engine plate for cracks and make sure bearings in your tranny and CB are good .

hey thanks ya i looked at all that pretty good
how do i center it right i tried the hole paper trick do you no the best way to get speed out of the bell and spur

You have to use a hardened bell with a metal spur. Check Robinson Racing to get some.

so guys i got it running good pretty good also bought a couple more savages but ya my motor mount was stripped and to bolts were gone lol so hopefully I'm gonna get it going to get it going today and run this thing

i use longer bolts on 3 of the bolts that screw the mount to the plate. only reason i dont use four is that front left wont allow it because they hit the crankcase so i still use the stock short one there

got it going great thing ran fast and clean then the damn pull cord bolts back them selves out
