got a .32 racer's edge surefire nitro cheap has great pinch.idles great ran 5 tanks thru it.it still can't get out of its own way.idles good but as soon as you hit the gas its stumbleing and gushing smoke.i'm good at adjusting and tried all.it is leakin nitro out of the main bearing but i've seen that before on good running engines.i've heard on the forums yea and nay about the leakin.everything else is sealed up.carb, backplate,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,anyone replace a main bearing to get it to go off idle?

Sounds like it's very rich. Try leaning it out until it makes some power. The lsn is probably lean if it idles well with a really rich hsn.

The HSN has nothing to do with idle, if it's idling fine then the LSN is good as the LSN controls idle 100%. The front bearing is probably leaking due to the HSN being so rich, lean it out and the problem should go away. If you want to find more info on this engine, search out the axial .32 as they are the same engine. If the engine was flooded then it would not run, it is just rich on the top end and that's what's causing the issues.

yeah no adjusting does anything supposed to breakin flush on all adjustments.mid even.gone from 2 turns out to four with no effect but more smoking.lsn from 1 turn in to 1 out from flush.0 effect.

Then take it apart and make sure the piston cutout is facing the front of the engine. Have you tried a new plug?

try also to disassemble the carb clean it very well. And inspect maybe there's some damage on the needle or dirt.

everything checks out ok. carb is clean and undamaged.piston slot facing carb.

Just try to turn your hsn more lean 1/4 turn at the time until he runs good, don't worry even how many turns until it almost closed, we are trying to see it still flooded if almost closed the hsn. Just for the purposed of diagnose the real problem.

i've had it at a turn and a half and it still would not get out of its own way

Is your clutch still good? All Drive shafts connected and working? Clutch Bell not glazed over? If your engine is checking out fine...then the problem is elsewhere in your driveline.

My guess.....your tune is off though.

how about the exhaust on this .32? it idles/starts great.just needs help coming off idle.after that look out.its hooked up to a losi lst-2 pipe.i have a genesis pipe i could try.is at 2 turns from in on hsn.1turn out from flush on lsn.midrange needle is flush.it don't like anything but,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
