3 Speed not shifting

3 speed doesn't shift doesn't shift 2 second either what should i do? PEOPLE WITH 3 SPEEDS THAT WORK THROUGH ALL 3 GEAR PLEASE RESPOND, if you had to adjust how many turns out from all the way in and how many turns in etc please help! :boxing: thanks!

have you adjusted the shift points at all?
are you letting the truck warm at least to 220degrees?
what gear combo you running; spur/cb?
how long have you add the 3 speed?

These settings came from HPI

Three Speed settings

S25 Engine 49T Spur 15T Clutch
2nd 3/4 of a turn from flush to top of threads
3rd 3 1/2 turns form flush to top of threads

K4.6 Engine 47T Spur 16T Clutch
2nd 1 1/2 turns from flush to top of threads
3rd 5 turns from flush to top of threads

a friend of mine had one that has the same problem so he brought it back to his hs and they replaced it u might wanna do the same thing
