3.3disc & pads on 2.5???

Hi all,

brakes on my 2.5 TMaxx are rubbish, as I've just fitted a Pico .26 I figure they need updating.I've seen adverts for the 3.3 discs and pads andthey look impressive but would they fit??

Nope.....sadly they will not. Robinson Racing makes a good brake upgrade for the 2.5 and Integy makes one that is so-so but still better than stock.

ya sorry bro it would not fit unless you put on the 3.3 tranny too. I did that to my 2.5. I installed the 3.3 tranny and it fits but it takes some work. you have to cut down the plastic center drive shafts and file away at the body to get the drive shaft to fit. the 3.3 driveline is a bit fatter than the 2.5. ill add a few picts so you can see what i did to get it to work. also only prob i have now is that my throttle/break servo is now only held on by one mount, the other would not fit and i have not yet bothered to get something that would fit.
