Nice. Thats gonna be a very impressive engine in the maxx. Also that looks like heat tape. Is it? If not then your gonna be cleaning a bunch of melted crap off the rig when you get her heated up good.
 
You got it dragon, It's a thermal wrap by DEI. The muffler sticks out some and is contacting the body. Due to the shape of the header, I'm only able to bring the muffler in towards the chassis by so much. I used the tape to reduce the chance of melting the body. I also used a thermal sleeve on the header.
 
Nice! These pipes do get a bit on the hot side. I done burned my fingers plenty on my revo pipe.
