I would guess to rich on the bottom? When the Revo flips upsidedown and I pump the throttle to keep it running it shoots fuel in the air out the pipe like a fouintain. I have run about 12 tanks through it now and the temp after a few laps is 250-270 range consistantly. It seems this is where the engine likes to run.The pinch test gives me about 2-3 seconds before a slight increase in rpm and then stalls.I never had 3.3 with a bump start backplate before can this have any effect on this?

Honestly, if your only concern is fuel shooting out the pipe when it's upside down, you have no worries. I could be wrong, but...um...I learned we're supposed to drive them right-side up. So I supposed if you keep to that theory, your fuel/exhaust problem will be solved!

And seriously, it wouldn't surprise me that it did that. The whole engine and fuel system is upside down after all.

I just never had this happen before its exclusive to the Platinum Revo. The turn marshalls will be pist off if they get shot in the face with fuel.I mean it shoots 5' in the air.I hope its normal and yes keeping the rubber to the road solves the problem.

I've never heard of that before, and I don't know if they all do it, or just yours.
Try filling the tank and keeping the lines empty, then turn it upside down and see if the fuel runs through the line. I'm guessing there might be an air leak somewhere causing the fuel to siphon down.
The added pressure of the running engine shouldn't make a difference whether it's shiny side up or not. The carb should still let the same amount of fuel through.
