3.3 on 4910 truck

finally had to take my 2.5, to hobbytown,for tune-up, could not get to run right, piston had to much play, would like to pit 3.3 in what do i need to buy to make this happen

You should consider sealing the engine up even before the break-in process.

What kind of problems you having with the Maxx??? I have the classic with the 3.3 and I love it! The only thing to do is make sure crankshaft is all together,flywheel and clutch atatched and drop the new 3.3 in and start the break in proccess. oh sealing is a great place to start..
For the break in process the engine should of came with a video and a booklet. they both have the presedure right in there.. best to read or watch from those things instead of passing through a few people.
