No one can tell you a sure setting, your climate will dictate that.
Tune it the same way you would with any other fuel... Make sure you have plenty of smoke and bony tune it to lean, start with factory settings and go from thr.
 
Always start rich! If it's warm outside start at about 4-4.5 turns out (hsn) and lean it back in very small increments.
Your engine will also lean itself out a little as it warms up, so keep that in mind.
 
Thanks, I just wanted a ball park idea on the settings.. Should I richen the Lsn too and then tune or leave it flush and tune from there??
 
Flush is fine. After reaching about 200° you'll be looking for a nice clean idle and good throttle response after 5-10 seconds of idling.
