what's the beginning number for the second batch of LSTs?

Was there anything wrong with the 1st batch of LST's ?

apparently they had defective parts, as a friend of mine had many problems with his. I would like to know when they have worked out the bugs with this truck as I would like to buy one.

i think you need to look into the lst2

The only problem I'm aware of is the washer of death they put in the first batch of mach 26's. After #12000 or so they stopped doing that. Around the same time they started putting serial#'s on the engines.
