Which .27? If it is a big block then no...not with out a big block extended chassis.

Never heard of it. Sirio makes a good .27. Comes with a crappy mount, though. The only way to go if you want a mid block is the picco .26. Then prepare to upgrade just about everything else in the drivetrain. Even the tranny internals will puke eventually. Mainly the 1st/2nd gear cluster. I've heard great things about the O.S. .21. Comes with everything except for the pipe. O.S. is O.S. though. Quality through and through.

o.s. are great motors I've got the .18 TM it was discontinued though and replaced by the .21 one of those will run about 250-270 dollars a little expensive you could always upgrade to the 3.3 for about 160 dollars
