I will say yes on both. Great engine (Very strong) and one of the the best aftermarket chassis made. They also have a great warranty too. Break it, bend it or run it over they will replace it for ya. I have a lot of FLM stuff and like it a lot.
 
Are you putting it into a stock tmaxx? if so get ready to start replacing parts!!!

yes but I'm puttin robinson gears throughout the whole trans and a aluminum tranny cover. And a locking diff in the rear and a robinson ring an pinion in the front

I would say you are on to a good start except the locker in the rear. With the Picco you don't need a locker. You will have plenty power on tap and the locker only causes un-due stress on the whole drive train.

Well Ill lve it in there for now cuz its already in an i havent had any peoblems with it sp far so if sumthin breaks ill deal with it then but thnx for the warning.

O i belive you that it can do damage. No dought about it. But I dont run anything plastic and if it breaks something steel then its gonna go out the door but I've had it in for a yr and a half and no problems the only problem I had was that it stripped out the inside of the wheel but fixed that with aluminum hex drives.
