*UPDATE*
The red is partially done. I ran out of paint, it needs another few coats. It looks awesome now! can't wait to finnish it! I'll get some more red and a can of white and then time for stickers and stupid little spot lights and cutting and done!!!

did you painted the black outside? adding a final white coat will make the red look brighter, I allways do it.

i love the body style on the 240z's. My Dad used to have one 1:1 scale of course, It sat around and then became a P.O.S, but i am sure it will look awesome when your done. Good Luck!

Neh i painted the black on the inside. Oh and by the ways it going to be the African Rally car.

SkYLiNe RaCeR- Yeh i agree, i love 240zs too, theirs not many of em in australia though, i really want a 1:1 one :D

Thanks for the comments
I've put a hole in the windscreen since and a hole for the arial

that looks kool. reminds me of when they made that for gt rock crawler on monster garage. if you still want that flat black you could carefully sand the hood area with 1000 grit sandpaper

What ride did you put it on?Very cool lid!

Its on a Kyosho Pure10 GP alpha with 1:8 buggy wheels/tyres.

Neh, i like the glossy black.... its really glossy

That is very kool looking, nice colors too. My dad has a real 240Z, we just finished putting a 327 in it. They are nice looking cars in real life and as an RC.
