you're trying to use a pull start engine huh?
and the back plate isn't sliding forward enough to let you hit the spur gear right?
you have to either modify an existing set or get a starter box.....
sorry but your SOL......the Xray mounts might work but I'm not guaranteeing that statement...they sit real close to the mounting tab on the engine...they don't stick out too far and might not catch.....also be sure you get the right height mounts to use w/ the flywheel you have.....

I'm not using the pull start I'm using the starter box and the motor mounts are to long
to fit the chassis

????
you mean the mount's don't line up w/ the slots that you bolt them to?
if Not take a picture cause this will be a new one for me...do the mounts hit the rear A-arms?

no nothing hits any thing...the holes that you insert the screws in to secure the mount the the chassis doesn't line up

that's weird, I had one of those kits and used the OFNA mounts just fine.....don't bother trying to get a hold of JT racing they SUCK at customer service....in fact I can't even say that cause there is NO customer service....is it just a hair off or totally wrong? did you get the kit new?
wait a min brain fart...you got the standard JT racing chassis not the .21 conversion one.....they make a stock and a big block version......you have to run a T-maxx engine or one that bolts in to a stock T-maxx.....I was thinking you got the truggy conversion from them.....

he does have the jt racing truggy conversion that uses t-maxx bulks and stuff like mine...
