Hi all. New to rc, my buggy will.start and idle fine. Rev up to about halfway then it seems to be pulling on the starter cord and stalling the engine. Anyone know how to fix this? Cheers

Sounds like typical stalling bevhavior; on the last rotation, the piston doesn't have enough momentum to overcome compression, so it kicks backward, engaging the one-way bearing and sucking the PS cord in a little bit.

I suspect your issue is unrelated to the PS; sounds like a tuning problem (most likely too lean)

Cheers for the input guys. Guessing I richen what would be the high speed screw. Is this the one on the fuel inlet pipe or the one at the bottom of the carb? I have a gs avenger storm.mk2

Haha cheers mate, I've never had one of these so I'm still learning. I'm used to chainsaws and motorcycles

Haha its all good man, there is a low speed needle that is in the carb arm and also an idle stop screw which like a saw has a spring on it and just adjusts the gap in the throat
