It "IS" a very nice, well maintained track, but the layout never changes so it's not hard to keep the same.
It does take a lot of work though.
I've run there. Nice track, nice people.

About what exit on the parkway? I'm up in Linden exit 136

i would go 295 to 42 to 55 and get off on malaga exit #39a and follow that road down for about a mile and you'll hit a light go straight there and that'll put you on the W blvd then go about 3-4 miles i think two lights on that road if that and after the last light about 1 mile and you'll see the cross road for weymoth road thats where the track is
