what is the maximum lean setting for the LSN on the 2.5R? it seems like i am turning mine in too far but I'm not getting overheating symptoms. can anyone tell me what they have thiers set at?? i dont have a temp gun so any replies will be helpful. thanks

It really is engine / carb / location specific. If you dont have a temp gun search the "spit test"

Also too rich is always better that too lean.

Rich fouls plugs and robs performance, lean BLOWS ENGINES.

yea i know rich is better for your engine than lean but the slightest bit rich and it is gutless. I like to wheely. I'm just wondering what anyone else with a 2.5R or 2.5 is running theres at just to give me an idea. i live on cape cod MA. hot with high humidity if that helps

I live in KY and mine is on a turn and half out. It gets pretty hot and humid here to so I run mine mostly in the evening when it cools down a little.

Hey bassman you from KY too! so am I where abouts do you hail from? I'm from Marion. I run mine between 1 and half and 2 turns out. I have a 4908 with a 3.3 but the 2.5 and 3.3 both use the same tuning method.
