It's been Flawless for over a week, but now it's stalling, and when I'm at 1/2 throttle, it sputters. WOT is perfect. I haven't started to trouble shoot yet, I just hoped someone here could pin point it before I spend all day tomorrow on it.

Could be a tuning issue with your LSN. If it sputters then clears it's throat or stalls, it's too rich. If it's fine at WOT then sputters when the rpm's lower, it's too lean. If all else fails, bring it to manufacturers spec for break in and retune. General point to start is 2 turns in from fully closed on the HSN and LSN flush with the flange. With rising temps and variable barometric pressures, I've been retuning from day to day.

Thanks, Diver. My first suspect was the LSN, but I hadn't changed anything other than the HSN in the last couple of weeks.
I'll check it tomorrow, and let you know.
Anyone ever have the LSN 'walk' due to vibration?

I had that a couple of days ago also. Mostly because I didn't tighten the flange all the way when I took it apart for cleaning. Check the flange if it's tight. Be carefull not to over tighten also recheck the LSN setting since it too turns when tightening. Learned that the hardway this afternoon. Had to redo the LSN since it was leaned out. Tighten first, then retune the LSN.
