2.5 bulkheads

I have never seen them in any color but grey and aluminum blue and silver.

You could always just paint them or dye them black.

Good luck, they are the same just a different color & a few extra stiffening points on the grey bulks, if you just want them black, die them with some RIT die.

i'm re-rebuild this old 2.5 i have and i wanted to keep it all original but it seems that they have stopped making black ones
if anyone has a set i'm keen as to take em off your hands

I had an original 4910 and it had grey bulkheads from factory. I've never even seen black ones. Unless they were black when that model was originally built.

Black bulks are from the original Pro.15 Maxx and the early 2.5 Maxx.
The plastic is not as tough as the grey bulks and reinforcements have been added to the grey bulks for better durability.

I have several sets of the black bulks I keep for my original stock Pro.15, they are hard to aquire now just like the original shock towers without the X bracing.
If your not looking to keep and old Maxx in original condition it would be best to use the grey bulks and just dye them black.

Yep, those old shock towers are very rare and hard to find now.

Damn it lol need front ones found a parts lot on ebay but they want $45 for shipping and the rest of the stuff is junk
should of bought some years ago didn't realise they would stop making them

Well if the blacks are a bit weaker than the greys it would be silly not to dye them. It would literally take u like 10-15 mins and about 5$ to dye them. The powder dye is alot more powerfull than the liquid but both work fine.

i know they're weaker but i've got a bit of a bee in my bonnet bout gettin original one and the fact i can't find any is frustrating me to no end.but i've got a bit of time while i wait for new engine bearings a bigger cb
even looked as far as buying a roller just for them but hardly any ship to the land down under

I think I have a couple sets I will check and see if your interested but the 3.3 are a lot stronger, I upgrade all my #4910 parts to 3.3 if possible!!
