In theory, The Ultra II is faster.
I experimented with it and couldn't see much of a difference.
Just being honest.

Sorry the Ultra II is 100,000,000 X faster and will make you take better pictures.

LOL. I am not an expert. My Bro's camera shows an error message everytime a pics is taken and reviewed that it is an invalid pic, can't read. If I ge these will they work? Sorry. Idiot right now at Digi cams
