.15 t-maxx

I have the first version of the t-maxx with the .15.What would I have to do to put a 2.5r or a 3.3 in it? The only upgrades it has are the rpm a-arms,lungsford turnbuckles,and a alum.center skid plate.

you would have to drill the holes for the throttle and get the newer ezstart for 2.5 or 3.3

traxxas sells a conversion kit for about $20 bucks,it has everything you need except the ez start.

I would go with maybe an OS 18 vs the 2.5 or 3.3., but you could use the traxxas conversion kit to fit any small block on that chassis. But you are gonna want to upgrade the driveshafts, the stockers are not gonna hold up to the extra power.
