I would go with the traxxas or maximizer ones. The aluminum adapters that slip on over the original axle pin are no good.

I want to get the tire and combo set up that is on the T-maxx on the home page of RCNT, for the advertisement for the new proline body. They are the proline trencher and are 17mm wheels on that specific combo, which tower carries. This is why I want to convert to 17mm. I really like the blue ones that come on the revo, and am looking for something like that. I haven't found the traxxas ones but like I said I like the blue ones, but only see them from Integy, and I know most Integy parts are crap...Is this one of them also?

Yes they are junk, and for 8 bucks you can get the maximizer composite adapters, they're much more durable.

Either one would be ok, but I would get the first ones you linked. I've seen aluminum hexes break the stock axle pins, because they have no give. If they come with a screw pin they're usually good, but the composite hexes hold up really well. Mine have held up to several gallons on a 27 powered revo and show no signs of wear.
