132ft drag jato .18os tz

Me and buddy trying to build a street drag racing jato.....need to know wat to do for best gear ratio for 132ft.....suspension, shocks and oil.....

Ur going to need a bigger motor if u really want to win races. Don't think for a second because you get a 18 Tz it's going to be light and fast but if your racing someone with a real motor and the right setup (like me) you will lose every time!

do like the pros dump tons of nitro in. but remember nitro doesn't like a small chamber engines ie small block chevy stop running faster after 30-40 % but the big chrysler hemi will take 90-100% and make power. i have tried 40 % in a traxxas 3.3. but not enough time to know how good it did.

Well I've seen several rookies use the BB conversion thinking that Bigger engines + faster cars. I have seen many douchebags with Axial.28's and such get flat out embarassed by 18tzs.

I'm running an 18tz in mine and I can only think of 1 or two engines that could take it and theyre both in the $400+ range.

So I say bring on your Axial or Force whatever so you can get an Os spanking.

Its funny how someone joins a forum and only has 2 post which are both in this thread talking crap that he refuses to back up with video proof of just how fast his imaginary jato is. Thats a big statement to say you got the fastest 132' jato in the world. Hell i can say that i have the fastest tmaxx in the world too but till i post proof its just BS!! I've witnessed guys in my area hit speeds of almost 100mph on radar with jatos. They do nothing but drag race and they are good at it. So put up or shut up miami.

Just set mine up. 18t/58t, 3 finger clutch, slipper elimator, high flow air filter, drag slash wheels and tires w/ hot racing bearing hub to 12mm hex adapters for front.100wt shock oil on stock springs, exotek wheelie bar. Tune to the moon. This race was against 2 1000$ plus built bandits and a drag slash.....and this is only 20% nitro just to prove a point.
