I have a blade 130 Xthe gear from the main shaft fell off for the tail rotor. I put it back on and it seems to not stay there what am I doing wrong

See page 16. You have a shaft driven tail, and the gears are pressed onto a crimp, or spline on the ends of the shaft.
Most likely the inner hub has stripped on the gear that comes off and needs to be replaced.

Sure. Check Horizon Hobby or Ebay. Just look up the make and part #.
