The 1/10 touring tires are to small that’s why I wanted to fit the 1/7 or 1/8 Dboot Hoons on it
The 14MM DBoots Hoons are closer to 1/10TH scale than 1/8TH or 1/7TH. Yes, Arrma list the Vendetta and Infraction mega as 1/8TH scale, but, compare them to the specs for the Arrma Senton and the Arrma Granite. The "1/8TH" scale ones for the Vendetta are smaller than the Senton's Fortress SC. These are the specs for the 14MM Hoons for the Vendetta:
Inner Wheel bead diameter: 2.68" (68mm)
Outer Wheel bead diameter: 2.4" (61mm)
Width: 1.38" (35mm)
Wheel hex size:14mm
Overall diameter: 3.35" (85mm)
and the specs for the Fortress SC:
Wheel inner bead diameter: 3.0" (76mm)
Wheel outer bead diameter: 2.2" (56mm)
Width: 1.7" (42mm)
Wheel hex size: 14mm
Overall diameter: 4.1" (104mm)
And the 17MM ones for the 6S Infraction are smaller than the 3S Granite tires.
DBoots Fortress MT specs:
Wheel bead diameter: 2.8" (72mm)
Width: 2.1" (53mm)
Wheel hex size: 14mm
Overall diameter: 5.0" (128mm)
DBoots Hoons 17MM specs:
Inner Wheel bead diameter: 3.27" (83mm)
Outer Wheel bead diameter: 2.95" (75mm)
Width: 1.69" (43mm)
Wheel hex size: 17mm
Overall diameter: 3.94" (100mm)
You need the 14MM adapter for the Vendetta wheels and tires, and the 17MM hex for the 6S Infraction Hoons, and they would still be no bigger than stock Slash tires, since they are pretty much the same size as the Senton's DBoots Fortress SC.
As for 1/10TH touring tires, why would you use them? Use 1/8TH scale, 12MM speed run tires and wheels, such as the ones from Duratrax, like the Bandito, or Pro-Line Street Fighter, since they are a 2.8 on road tire, and would be roughly the same size as the stock Slash tires, and you wouldnt need adapters for them.
