I want to get higher clearance without compromising to much handling,how much more will these give me or is there a better way.

move your push rods to the inner most holes

the long travel rockers will make the truck stand up pretty high if you crank the shock adjustment down. but you will roll over a lot easier.

also take note that when you move rods to inner holes, the truck will bottom out the suspension before bottoming out on the skid plates. Depending on why you want to raise your ride, it may be better to just go with stiffer springs to reduce the sag and heavier oil in the shocks....not going to do much for handling but will help absorb impact for big air bashing.
