1 speed tranny?

well my friend has a savage and he complains all the time about the tranny and how it doesn't shift right and his motor feels weird. he wants to convert it to 1 speed. is there a conversion or can you do something to the tranny to make it only one speed and then just change gearing ratio??

you can just adjust the screw that adjusts the shift untill it doesn't try to shift anymore :shrug:

Just tighten the shift adjustment screw.. A single speed doesn't sound like to much fun to me, I myself would just get the shifting right, but yeah tighten the shift adjusment screw.. and by the way be sure to tighten the bottom one only.
