Ok a got 1 problem fixed. Which was the brakes. All i had to do was tighten down the two screws that hold the pads all the way and batta boom.

However for the engine head leak. When i tighten the screws down ALL the way my compression is way too tight. Its so tight that when i pull the pull start it make a ting ting ting sound. I still have three head shims on it. This normal sound?

ARE you overtightening the head srews?

is this on a s-25? If it is I would guess that its normal. All that is is the pin on the end of your crank shaft. The pin is on a spring which is popping into the starting assembly.

Ya thats the question? About how tight should they be?
Locktite?

NO!! You need to have then snug but only snug not tight!!!

Oh yes. try to remove the glow plug and pull the pull start. Does it make the sound still? Please do this having the surface around the plug opening is clean and debris free.

Just random why the hell would you spell a word that is pronounced debry, derbis...
Sometimes the english language is confusing.

To answer your question no it does not make the noise with out the plug. Without the plug it sounds fine!

Well don't loosen the head ever when you run. Air leaks will kill you. What plug are you using? a Long plug or short?
