Have you ever checked the diff fluid. When you got the truck? If not then check them.. sometimes the diffs come with low fluid. And which the diff gears will be destroyed.. I check mine every couple runs.. I also changed mine to 50 front and 50rear.. stock is 50front 30 rear.should be in you...
