    Looks great. I say that all the time. Then wonder......If I tip the staff enough, would they roll me to the car? Lol. I've been using the original Bachans in fried rice for quite a while. It's like a cheat code. Been telling everyone I know. Screw Uncle Roger!

    Saw these at Walmart. 4 in a pack. Made a couple yesterday. No pics. The wind was howling, only about 34 degrees and snow flakes in the air. Didn't feel like stand by the grill. Just made them in the frying pan. Really, really good. I have 2 more in the freezer. Maybe next time.

    Most of the sushi in the grocers are all imitation, fake, cooked. Still good. Been to a couple of sushi places that are raw and prepared properly. Really like it.     I make my own bacon jam. Google. Lots of recipes. Easy to make. Stay away from the ones with 20 ingredients. Not necessary. Simpler, the better. Here's the one I've settled on.     I forgot. You probably covered it too. Usually it isn't wrapped in foil or covered in a pan until it hits the stall. Then steam it to get past that. The birria tacos is a great idea. Love them.
