yes most should fit across the brands, mostly all the same between the 3 brands. there are plenty of conversion to run a rotostart. they do use a dogbone type starter shaft. I'm sure there is also a sullivan tiger drive that will fit up to one of these, should be on the sullivan's website for...

definitely building the collection. looks to be an Exceed Rally Monster. exceed and redcat rebadged HSP vehicles, they arent the best, they are fun, and are good as a light basher. but once you try to push them past their limits they start to fall apart and break, at least in my experience...

unless its ABN construction engine, 9% will work just fine as long as you arent trying to run it lean, which will damage the engine anyway by running lean for extended periods of time. nice score on the Jato! those are pretty neat rigs. it really depends on what Traxxas you are talking about...

kind of depends, how much was dripping, and how rich was the engine running? if running really rich especially on the Low end, nitro engines tend to leak out the front bearing a little (if its leaking excessively, bearings could indeed be bad as said above), as they are running, a film layer...

yikes, pretty surprised it snapped like that, kind of a long shot, but RPM does warranty their parts, though i dont know abut not being the original owner, and dont know if expires that i remember. would really advise against aluminum a-arms, it will destroy the bulkheads and chassis braces...

i never really had luck with the structural integrity of the T-maxx trucks, though that was with the pro15 model and the O.S. .18cvr years ago, and i hope they improved most of the areas i had issues with. RPM definitely help up stronger than stock for me, it is more flexible so will be able to...

2.5 and 3.3 should use O.S. LC3 or LC4, it is made by O.S. for those engines. id recommend the LC3, hotter plug is easier to start, and more stable idle. really need to know how hot it is, if its getting too hot, (much over 270-280F) yo are getting boil back, fuel turning into a gas before it...

agreed to above, stock RTR servos are never strong or fast enough, i really liked the Hitec HS645MG in my T-maxx for steering and ended up just using them all over, and are well priced for the quality. well guess this is difference in opinions, i would not recommend fuel filters, just take care...

hear the DX3 is a great transmitter, as said if you arent using the receiver for it or one compatible it wont work.

how exactly was the pressure measured?

Two Traxxas Nitro Builds Modified Twice There Are 3 Now

as long as it is designed for big blocks, yes, there are many different options for pipes with different characteristics as some are are "tuned" to affect the powerband at certain areas, and some are just an RTR pipe not really "tuned", but still will be better than the plastic. EDIT for...

unless they started to more recently, i dont think they sell the starter shafts with the tigerdrive assemblies, but if you have the means, you can get a 7/32" allen "L" key the long type with a ball end and cut off the "L". make sure to sand off the edges so dont get cut by sharp edges.

yep, use a battery drill, do not use a corded drill. set the clutch to be as loose as possible, while still being able to start the truck without slipping. will protect the internals should anything bind up, or get flooded and locked up.

once you get them tuned pretty close, they should start within the first few pulls after priming. starting from fresh at base settings though can be a hassle though. personally i prefer pull start because i can feel what the engine is doing easier, if it feels like i might have over primed it...

interesting, not familiar with that big block kit, pretty cool the one already had the Robinson Racing Spur and slipper assembly on it, one of the first upgrades i would say after the servos though is to get a better pipe, plastic pipes muffle and dampen the exhaust pulses. with a correct tuned...

interesting what O.S. Big Block does it have on it? curious what chassis conversion it has as well. definitely exciting getting new nitros, can't wait to see you get them going!
