Will these rims fit my inferno? I hate to be the blundering novice here but I am when it comes to buggies.

Are these rims like those beadless rims that were discussed elsewhere on the site? If not are there beadless rims that will fit the inferno without modification?

Yes. I just hate wimpy looking spoked tires. These looked like they were at least a little meaty, the spokes that is.

Buggy tires won't fit. Buggy tires have a lip that slides into a ring that make sure the tires are waterproof and stays glued.

I settled for a set similar to these:

I bought white and used RIT dye to make them black. I thought about getting 2 yellow and then 2 white. The yellows would go in the rear and the whites would be dyed red and put in the front so it matched the color scheme of my buggy. The problem was that the colors of RIT dye did not match the red I used nor did the yellow match the yellow I used for the body. I might get a set of yellow and paint them the color yellow as well as get a white set, dye them RIT red and paint them the red I used so as they scratch from abuse the color differences will not be as noticable as it would just being dyed or not being dyed at all.

Maybe that's the next project....

Also do they sell different colored wings?

Yeah. You could buy Kyosho White wing and Dye it to a color you like.

those K rims have the lip they are just hard to see in the pic.
