Thank you for the idea. I used to put ham in my salsds. I really like grilled chicken in a garden salad. I've been putting bacon in my salads. I forgot, I was gonna cut up that Bacon Spam and mix that in. Maybe tomorrow.

I'm trying to recreate my first sourdough loaf but it's pretty hard since it feels as if I have to do everything wrong on purpose It takes too much water resulting in an unhandleable dough, not stretching the gluten and not fermenting fully. The difference in taste is significant.
