Looks, smells, and tastes the same. Size is smaller and none of the ingredients are the same.I'm indifferent to the McRib. Its basically the bbq sauce I don't like. The last time I had one was probably back in high school.

I love Indian food. The spicier it is the better. But moreso, I have been reading about the benefits of a lot of the Indian spices, and Tumeric sounds like it has helped a lot of people with joint pain. It might actually be a way for me to be able to move around a little better, so I am going to try to start using it and see how it goes.Indian food isn't for me, don't care much for Mediterranean either. We have a couple of well managed McD near us, and itypically get pretty good food from them. However, I don't go there often, maybe a couple of times a year when they have good specials on sausage Muffin w/eggs and Filet O fish. Every now and then, I do get cravings for their cheap and yummy breakfast burritos.

Yeah, I looked up foods with lots of iron, and it would be a very hard diet for me to maintain. No shrimp, red meat, broccoli, and bunches of other good eats. TP has some seriously strong willpower.Oooof, that's rough. That sucks TP.

Damn brother, that's rough. I don't know what I'd do in that case, as I'm mostly carnivore diet these days. The frozen boxed meals are spendy and for the most part they are gross but they are pretty much designed to starve you to death.
It's really hard to stick to a diet when you have a weeks worth of the stuff.
In all honesty, starving is the secret to a diet. I have lost 110 lbs. when I first went on it and my heart was ready to explode
so will power is the best thing.
