I've been a bit under the weather. Nope, not COVID. So, I took today off as well. Anyways, I must be feeling better because I just had a very hearty breakfast: leftover osso buco. Leftover Susan brought home from a party, at an Italian restaurant, last Saturday. The sauce was rather bland, but the super tender beef shank and rich marrow was fantastic!
