I just had one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Eggs Benedict with bacon on a fresh toasted croissant. With a flat white coffee. I've had it before but this one hit different. Delicious.

I didn't get a photo because I stuffed it down fast.

Here's evidence though

I LOVE cream of wheat. Especially if you let it set, and it nearly solidifies into the consistency of cold polenta, but still hot.
