Well, today I made banana bread that Doom! inspired me to make. When I wanna speed up the ripenin' of the bananas I put 'em in a 300° oven for 30 minutes, works great, softens 'em right up. Sheet, I had ta dip into the egg reserve . They just came outta the oven. When they cool you guys are more than welcome ta have a slice or two just go ahead and cut it ta your likin', but please leave some for others. There's original Philadelphia cream cheese in the fridge if ya like?

If everybody learned to grow their own food, all these yahoos would have to drop their prices. I am going to try to grow a tomato plant or two this year, and maybe some peppers.

Unfortunately, it was cold and soggy. Wish there was an air fryer around. Still tasty though! The skewer chicken thighs were da bomb!

Had a couple massive jalapeños I needed to use up, and chicken breast thawing so….

I had no cream cheese so had to make do… Gonna modify a couple things for the next ones-but Mrs. Littlemotor approved, and these will be going into the newly revised “rotation”..

I'm planning a vacation in August. It's a little nice place in North Carolina. They have fabulous food! Nice folks! Kinda sh@++y yard but 5 star cook! (just tell me when is good for you)
