What's for supper? I really have to give it some thought, today. Might do spaghetti and meat balls.

Scrambled eggs with American cheese and syrup. Bacon, cinn raisin English muffins with cinn and butter, grapes, banana and RubyRed grapefruit juice.

My dad used to have 4 beehives. I used to love when he would harvest them and we had the fresh honeycomb to chew on. He had lots of flowering fruit trees that made the honey so good.

There is a place here in Indiana that sells various honey's where they have their hives in individual fields full of clover, various wildflowers, thistle, etc. It is amazing how different they taste. Their thistle honey is da bomb! We actually toured this place before. Great people, and exceptional honey. They have a honey of the month club.

Took family and MIL out to Stagecoach grill for Mother's day lunch. Food was very good! I got the baked haddock.

I actually started the day with a Jimmy Dean's egg and sausage croissant and coffee.
The haddock was super fresh and perfectly cooked. My wife got the lobster roll, but she gave me her tasty fries.

For lunch, no photo. Got hungry. Quesadia, with avocado. Salt, pepper, lemon. Yum. Will have it again tomorrow I bet. will post photo. Ha.

For lunch I grabbed a Big Buford Combo and a strawberry cone from Rally's while out running errands. Was the best fast food I've had in a while.

Mother’s Day lunch was fantastic! Appetizer we had cheese curds with this habanero, mango, pineapple sauce. Twas to die for!! Then I had a jalapeño bacon burger with fries. That was killer too!

Cooked up some steaks and taters on the grill for mother's day. 3 thin NY strips and 2 top Sirloin, butterflied. Baked potatoes smothered in garlic butter with a side of corn. Good stuff.

Sliced em almost all the way through and soaked with garlic butter. In microwave for 10 mins then on grill for about 30. Add cheese (supposed to put a slice in each cut, but got lazy and just sprinkles shredded cheese over em ) and cook for another 3 mins. Sooo good.
