Tonight was Chile Verde, lot's of pork chunks, yummy stuff, not the typical irish meal but at least it was green.

Had an Asiago chicken sand from Wendy's.
Still hungry so made a salad with iceberg lettuce, hard boiled eggs, honey roasted sunflower kernels, Purdue shortcuts roasted chicken, med Cheddar cheese, green grapes (sliced in half) and topped off with ranch dressing and parmesan cheese.

Got the 3 for $18 footlong subs with a Subway coupon. My son polished off the rotisserie chicken. I just had a 6" turkey, and now getting ready to head down to Providence, RI for middle daughter's cheer competition. The other footlong steak and cheese will be the boy's dinner later on.
