Does anyone have a tip for removing excess ca glue from a carbon fiber chassis?

I do not want to remove the glue from the edges of the chassis, only from the polished top and bottom.

Maybe a little acetone on a Q-tip? Not sure how acetone reacts with CF, though, so that may be the issue.

There is a product called debonder made to remove CA.
I havent tested it on CF but it does not damage plastic.
Try tower or one of your 20 LHS

Thanks gentlemen!

I got call backs with the same answer from 2 lhs's after reading your posts. Use debonder, acetone or the misses nail polish remover.

The common ingredient in all is acetone.

yeah, just standard acetone is the cheapest way. I'm afraid to ask how much that debonder costs.. eek

Trust me, it's a good bit more than just regular acetone! I got roped into buying a bottle of that stuff and it was just acetone, basically.

They also make stuff thats called "uncure".
Comes in a bottle similar to tire glue.
