what do you do with your old lipo battery

hey all i just have a small question what do you do after your lipo battery has puffed up, will it ignite or explode? how should i despose of it properly

Take it to a battery disposal site. It could explode or catch fire if you try to use it or charge it. A lot municipalities have a hazardous waste disposal site that can take care of stuff like this.

Before you dispose of it, you should also soak the battery in a bucket of saltwater for 24 hours or until it shows 0 voltage.

Cut the connector off before dropping it in salt water if want to reuse it.
