As the thread title says, I just went and did it. I’ve been wanting to get a revo. So, I found one in excellent shape according to pics. $200. The thing looks brand new though. Seller said it wasn’t frozen up either.
He said he knew nothing of it. That he’d taken it in on a trade and isn’t into RC’s. I’m betting the motor in it is in great shape. Who knows? What I do know is I have a brand new 3.3 complete motor. I got the whole clutch bell assembly. It comes with a new Traxxas carb. But, I got one better. An OS 11k carb that’s had 10 tanks through it. I’m giddy at getting this thing setup and screaming!!!
Bad time of the year to be doing this but, I think it was a great deal. Time will tell.
