I got a new set of Hudy hex wrenches the other day. I just now had a chance to use them for the first time. I placed the end into a screw and the shaft just spun in the handle. I tightened up the set screw and it didn't help. I took the tip out and found that during assembly they just shoved the shaft into the handle and tightened the screw. There is a slot in the shaft of the wrench that the set screw should catch to keep it from spinning. They didn't bother to properly mount the tips on any of the 8 wrenches.
If you get a set or asingle wrench from them, check to see that the tip(s) are properly mounted before you use them.
