Will it work? Will it need to be modified to fit? Also, is the SC10 Brushless ready? I'm looking into getting a roller, and I just want to put my VXL system I have into it.

i dont know for sure but i would think that the mounts are gonna be the same for the sc10 and slash, prolly as well as all the other sc trucks coming out...so i would guess yes.

Okay, thanks. I just wasn't sure since I hadn't seen anyone else who had done it.

My buddy did it. He took it back out. Said stock up on front arms if your going to do it and arn't the best driver.

I ran the VXL in my SC10, everything worked fine, but the motors shaft is too long to fit under the SC10 dust cover so I had to trim a bit off it.

Yes KevMc. I've read about that too. I don't know if I really want to be trimming such an expensive motor though...

one other ? I was wanting to put the xl 5 and the titan motor in my sc10 because they have held up so well in my slash will it work in a sc10?

Yes the xl5 works fine in the sc10. I dropped one in mine just to try it out. Works fine.

Thanks for the answer I think I am going all traxxas electronics in my sc10 kit I think it is bullet proof.Plus I want my slash and my sc10 to be about the same speed.

Simply put seem spacers/washers between the motor mount and motor!
I had to do that on a crawler.
