I was just looking over my T-Maxx which is in pieces in box right now lol, and I was trying to figure out why when my suspension would go down it would stick and stay down, well I found the problem the rear axles where twisted and not allowing the slip yoke to slide on the shaft and binding it up. Is this common for this to happen? I only have the original Maxx motor so its not like in putting alot of power to them. I also havent jumped it and landed with the throttle wide open either, I just thought it was weird how much they did twist. This truck just wont stop breaking on me!!!!!! I now trully understand the curse of the T-Maxx lmao!! Here is a pic of my twisted sister axle hehe. If anyone has a extra set they want to sell please look and the for sale/trade forum and let me know in my thread thanks :)

I would suggest CVD's instead of the plastic axles. They wont break... well, not with the power you are putting through...

lol I know that would be the best way to do it but I'm tryint to get by with the least exspensive way right now. Money it tight. I think the best thing would be to sell the Maxx and get into basket weaving lmao!!!

What exactly do you use for a powerplant in that thing? My .18 CV-R can't twist mine like you did to yours... damn!

one of my bashing buddys did the same.. he only has a stock motor to.. its just time and wear.. there on ebay for like 25 bux though..

You could probably get a good deal on ebay with cvd's. They are worth the money... you will probably twist a few more plastic axles, so that might not be the cheapest way...

I found the short shafts and u joints for 7 bucks shipped I think ill just do that for right now. looks like a pain though to get the u joints out though?
I will get the cvs later for sure!
